Returns Accepted: We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the package is securely packaged and consider using a trackable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against any potential loss or damage during transit.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 10-day period. They will provide you with further instructions and the return address. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details in your communication. We also ask you include the RMA # provided by the Western Tactical customer service team in your returned shipments.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. If you choose a refund, the original payment method used for the purchase will be credited within a reasonable time frame. If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the requested replacement item(s) as soon as possible, subject to availability.
Exceptions: Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include sale items, which are clearly marked as such on our website or at the time of purchase. All sale items are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: We charge 15% restocking fees for returned items that meet our return policy criteria. However, if the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to cover any diminished value.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
Please note that our return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Western Tactical Uniform and Gear. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer or reseller, please refer to their respective return policies.
